Other than that, I'm back into my bulking phase, which means I'm getting stronger and more mass. Feels good to be able to eat some of that junk food laying around! Haha just can't get carried away, dammit.
2 Weeks Until My First Competition
It's getting to be about that time... Competition time! Hopefully I can place well and take home some knowledge of bodybuilding shows and how they work. Hopefully this won't be my first and last show! Training is getting tough, but the diet is tougher.. Bodyfat is falling off and the scale is going down. Sucks to see your weight go down aswell as your strength... BUT the mirror says otherwise!
5 weeks until show time!!!!
Getting closer and closer to competition time.. Getting everything fine tuned, from my posing to my cardio. Down to around 210lbs, and my bodyfat is dropping. Feeling great. Besides the fact that I hurt my shoulder doing close-grip bench press.. But it should be fine in the next couple days. Check out the new video. My bicep seperation is more defined, as is the rest of my body. Now off to have some food, I need to fuel this machine! Hah!
Shirt Series has begun
I'm starting a whole series of different shirts, ending up shirtless by the end of the video. Almost 10 weeks out from my first show.. Getting closer everyday.
12 Weeks Out Vid Coming Soon!
Hey everybody, I got a video that's about to be up on the site. Cutting down the bodyfat, so I'm starting to get shredded. 12 Weeks until my first competition! Excited about that, so training has been at an all time high. No junk food or anything, just clean eating. I feel better physically, but my stomach hates me. Haha. But yeah, more on the video... It's around 12 minutes long (12 weeks out, 12 minutes long) Haha. Got me doing some push ups and other great stuff in the video. Hope all is well with everyone. Keep an eye out for the new video!
